LYBUNT, SYBUNT, MYBUNT, Oh My!!!

Now that December is here, it's a perfect time to analyze your donors to find out who hasn't given this year- the results may just surprise you!

DonorPerfect has many reports that analyze your donors' giving patterns. Two of these include the LYBUNT and SYBUNT reports. (I 'invented' MYBUNT in the title to make it sound more catchy.)

Both SYBUNT and LYBUNT are essentially the same report that lists donors and it means:

Last Year But Unfortunately Not This Year

AND

Some Year But Unfortunately Not This Year

Both reports are a great way to identify those donors that gave either Last year, or Some year, and do a targeted mailing towards them, and for some, to simply pick up the phone and give them a call (or email).

To run these reports, simply click on Reports, Financial Reports, and select the LYBUNT or SYBUNT options. You do not need to select a filter (unless you want to filter on larger donors only to actually call).
