Survey Says!
Recently, you should have received our annual Customer Survey, and I know you have because the results are pouring in!

So far, we're very pleased with the initial feedback. For instance, we're delighted that over 90% of DonorPerfect Online respondents report that their satisfaction level has increased on stayed the same in the last year.
Besides the ratings, we value the many insights and suggestions (both positive and negative) that we receive. Here's just a few samples:
"With just starting with DPO in June '05, I have been very pleased with everything about it...the ease with which you can retrieve information is great...my last fundraising software was a nightmare, thank you for all of your patience and guidance. I went through a really rough patch with a routing issue and EVERYONE that I came in contact with were very knowledgeable and helpful in solving the problem...once again, Thank You. "
"I think some of the recent updates to the system should have been tested a little better before releasing the end product to your customers. That said, and in my opinion, DPO is still the best donor management system on the market. "
